Refund policy

● Returns:
Due to the nature of our product, we have a no-refund policy.
We offer a limited 12 month warranty on all our products and will gladly send you a replacement piece if you receive a defected unit.

To complete your replacement piece, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

● Replacements (Only applicable to defected pieces in first 12 months of purchase):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and shipped to the address on the original order.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your replacement yet, please contact us at shop@canadiano.co.

● Sale items (including production samples and rough batch products)
Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned and they are final sale.

● Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@canadiano.co and send your item to: Fishtnk Inc., 95 Pelham Avenue, Toronto ON M6N 1A5, Canada.
*Cost of shipping from/to our studio is paid buy the customer.

● Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fishtnk Inc., 95 Pelham Avenue, Toronto ON M6N 1A5, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There may be an extra charge for shipping the replacement piece for international orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
